A draw would be enough for Inter to secure their passage to the semi-final stage

Inter Milan and Bayern Munich will square off in the second leg of their Champions League quarter-final tie at the San Siro on Wednesday night.

It was Inter who drew first win at the Allianz Arena last week, with Davide Frattesi’s 88th-minute goal giving the Italian champions a 2-1 advantage.

That victory has put Simone Inzaghi’s side in a strong position to set up an almost certain semi-final showdown with Champions League outright favourites Barcelona.

The Nerazzurri have since returned to winning ways in Serie A, overcoming Cagliari 3-1 on Saturday, with our man Gabriel delivering a couple of winners.

As for Bayern Munich, they remain six points clear at the top of the Bundesliga despite being held to a 2-2 draw when hosting Borussia Dortmund on Saturday evening.

Despite their stuttering form of late, Vincent Kompany’s side will still feel that they have enough in their locker to come out on top at the San Siro on Wednesday night.

Despite losing last week’s first leg, it’s Bayern Munich who still hold the upper hand in this fixture, with four wins to Inter Milan’s three. Backing Inter to qualify alongside under four match goals looks like a nice way in on Wednesday night at 5/6 on the Bet 365 Bet Builder tool.

Inter boss Inzagi will almost certainly revert back to his strongest starting XI on Wednesday night after making several alterations for Saturday’s aforementioned win over Cagliari.

As was the case for last week’s first leg in Bavaria, Bayern boss Kompany could be without as many as six first-team players for this week’s return match.

Inter: Sommer; Pavard, Acerbi, Bastoni; Darmian, Calhanoglu, Barella, Mkhitaryan, Agusto; Thuram, Martinez.

Bayern Munich: Urbig; Laimer, Kim, Dier, Guerreiro; Goretzka, Kimmich; Olise, Muller, Sane; Kane.
