The Columbus Crew will face off against Inter Miami CF in a 2025 regular season match at Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland.

The game is set for April 19 with kickoff scheduled for 4:30 p.m. ET.

Tickets for the match will be available to the public starting Tuesday, Jan. 14, at 10 a.m. ET. Fans eager to secure their seats early can register for pre-sale access via the Columbus Crew’s website beginning Monday, Jan. 13, at 3 p.m. ET.

“The Columbus Crew-Inter Miami match at Huntington Bank Field is an incredible opportunity for the Crew and our supporters as it allows us collectively to grow the game of soccer and elevate our Club throughout Ohio,” said Josh Glessing, Crew President of Business Operations. “At Huntington Bank Field, we can welcome significantly more Crew fans, and it gives us an opportunity to engage with new fans in Northeast Ohio.”

Glessing acknowledged the inconvenience for some fans but assured that special benefits would be provided to Season Ticket Members and Nordecke members attending the game in Cleveland.

“Playing in Northeast Ohio will be a memorable experience for our players and supporters thanks to the high-quality competition on the pitch and incorporation of Crew matchday traditions in a 67,000-seat stadium,” he said.

Crew Season Ticket Members will receive their standard ticket allotment at Huntington Bank Field, with options to upgrade or add discounted tickets during an exclusive window from Jan. 6-12. Additional benefits include a complimentary parking pass, a food and beverage voucher, and tickets to a post-match on-pitch experience.

Many Crew fans are unhappy about the move and have posted their outrage on social media, and have expressed their outrage on social media.

“Looks like we need to relaunch the Save the Crew campaign,” one user said.

“This is the dumbest thing ever. If Miami is coming to Ohio, they can play at LDC like everyone else. So tired of Miami being treated differently than every other team in the league,” said another user.

This match marks the first-ever MLS regular season game in Northeast Ohio. Huntington Bank Field, which opened in 1999, has hosted numerous major events, including international soccer matches and concerts.
