Al Shabab intends to change their track record against Al Nassr in this match

A well-taken goal from debutant Ivan Rakitic helped Al Shabab win its last match against Damac FC. With his addition, there is a sense of excitement in the camp.
Al Shabab is currently in the tenth position of the Saudi Pro League. To finish the season on a high note, Al Shabab will have to step up their game in the second half of the season.
Al Nassr have been in impressive form in the last couple of matches, currently occupying second place in the league. They defeated Al Feiha twice in the AFC Champions League to book a place in the quarter-final.
Luis Castro’s side has also won the last three matches in a row after losing the Riyadh Cup to Al Hilal. If they are to win the title, they must finish the season on a high note since they are seven points away from first place.
Ivan Rakitic (Al Shabab)
It is no secret that Rakitic is one of the greatest midfielders of this generation, and his debut performance for Al Shabab was a testament to that. The former Barcelona player is known for his superb distribution, so his ability to dictate the pace of the game will prove beneficial to the team. In addition to providing creativity to the team, Rakitic can also create manpower from his set-piece deliveries as well as score goals from free kicks and from outside the box.
Cristiano Ronaldo (Al Nassr)
For Al Nassr this season, Cristiano Ronaldo has been in impressive form, helping the club reach the quarter-finals of the AFC Champions League. As well as scoring 21 goals out of 19 appearances in the league, he also leads the team in assists, providing nine for the team. One of the most impressive aspects of Cristiano Ronaldo’s game is his predator instinct, which has helped him score goals in the penalty box.
Despite having a fully fit squad to choose from, Al Shabab will be pleased with the impact Rakitic made on the team after signing from Sevilla in the January transfer window.
As for Luis Castro, he will be without three players for this match: David Ospina, Najjar, and Ghanam.
