Crystal Palace arrive here off the back of a 1–0 win at Fulham in the Carabao Cup fourth round

Tottenham Hotspur finally claimed their first Premier League win of the season following a 3–1 victory against struggling Coventry City on Matchday 7 – a result that lifted them off the bottom of the standings. However, their drastic turnaround began arguably at Old Trafford against Manchester United after the international break.

The North Londoners created four big chances compared to United’s one and defied the odds to equalize, securing a 1–1 draw after being reduced to 10 men against the Red Devils.

They capped their impressive recent performances with a shock 2–0 win at Chelsea, ending their run of six consecutive Premier League defeats against the Blues and going three points clear of the drop zone on nine points.

Crystal Palace arrive here off the back of a 1–0 win at Fulham in the Carabao Cup fourth round on Wednesday, thanks to Eddie Nketiah’s 37th-minute winner. However, the Eagles have struggled recently, failing to win four of their last five matches across all competitions, losing three.

They suffered a 2–0 defeat at home to Newcastle United in their last EPL outing, courtesy of William Osula and Harvey Barnes’ second-half goals. That result handed Pierre Sage’s team back-to-back Premier League defeats and left them winless in four of their last five league outings (D1, L3). They have also lost eight of their last 10 Premier League visits to Spurs.
