Inter haven’t lost to Monza in their past three matches

Inter Milan are all set to host Monza on matchday 28 of the Serie A 2024-25 season. The table toppers will be looking to extend their lead so that they can remain in the number one spot. Monza are in the bottom of the points table, which puts them in the condition to receive a demolition.

Inter Milan at home will be feeling very confident and their battle against Monza should be an easy one as per their current run of form. The visitors will have a chance to pull off an upset but only if they come up with some different approach. Internazionale have won 17 of their 27 league matches this season.

The visitors Monza have only been able to bag a couple of wins in the same number of games as Inter in the league this season. They might get demoted by the end of the 2024-25 season if they don’t come up with some great performances. Monza still have a chance to bounce out of the relegation zone.

The Frenchman is the top goal scorer for Inter Milan in the Serie A this season. Marcus Thuram alongside Lautaro Martinez in front is surely a dangerous duo for the opponent’s defence. Although he has only been able to score a single goal in the last five matches for Inter, Thuram surely will be looking to prove a point here, hopefully by scoring a goal or two against Monza.

The 26-year-old Portuguese is going to play a vital role up front for his side. Although Monza will come up with some defensive approach in the coming game against Inter, Dany Mota will be the main man for them in the attacking front. He should step up and score against Inter if he wants to help his side stand a chance against the Serie A giants.

This will be the sixth meeting between them across all competitions. Inter Milan have won two of their last three games against Monza in Serie A. Internazionale have won each of their last three home games in Serie A.
