Internazionale are still chasing the Italian title as they seek the double this season ahead of the visit of Lazio, chasing UEFA Champions League qualification, to San Siro this weekend.

Inter Milan preview: Nerazzurri in the fight

In a couple of weeks, Internazionale will head to the Allianz Arena in Munich to take on Paris Saint-Germain in the final of the UEFA Champions League as the Nerazzurri begin this match day sitting a point behind Napoli at the top-of-the-table with two games to go.

Inter come into this one on the back of a comfortable 2-0 defeat of Torino at the Olimpico di Torino in Turin in Piedmont last weekend thanks to goals from fringe players Poland international Nicola Zalewski and Albania international midfielder Kristjan Asllani.

Lazio preview: Pushing for Europe

Lazio head into the final two matches of the 2024/25 Serie A campaign sitting just outside of the top four and the UEFA Champions League spots, behind Juventus, on goal difference, in what is Marco Baroni’s first season in charge of the Romans.

They come into this having most recently shared a 1-1 draw with the aforementioned Juve at the Stadio Olimpico in the capital city last weekend in a game in which Uruguay international defensive midfielder Matias Vecino notching a goal deep into second-half stoppage-time.

Inter Milan team news: Several doubts

Inter are dealing with several injury doubts ahead of the visit of Lazio this weekend. Defender Benjamin Pavard is dealing with an ankle issue, whilst the likes of Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Davide Frattesi and Lautaro Martinez could all also be unavailable for the Nerazzurri.

Lazio team news: Couple of suspensions
