Stuttgart lost three of their five away league games this season

Borussia Dortmund and Stuttgart are separated by just goal difference going into matchday 11 as the teams meet in the Bundesliga. This match on Saturday at the Signal Iduna Park between the third-placed Die Borussen and the fourth-placed Die Roten comes with our prediction of less than 3.5 goals.
Both teams have 21 points and are only one point behind second-placed Leipzig, while being one point above Leverkusen. Dortmund have lost only once this season (W6, D3, L1) and are better placed because of a superior goal difference (+9), while Stuttgart lost three games (W7, L3) and are behind Dortmund on goal difference (+5).
Dortmund were held to a 1-1 away draw at Hamburg before the international break. That result made it only two wins from their last five Bundesliga games (W2, D2, L1), halting their momentum in the league.
Their form at home is still pristine, as Dortmund are yet to lose in the league here (W3, D1), with all three wins coming with a clean sheet.
Stuttgart won 3-2 at home against Augsburg in their latest fixture, which was their sixth win from their last seven league games. The only aberration in this sequence was a 3-1 defeat to Leipzig.
Away form remains a concern, though, as Stuttgart lost three of their five away league games this season.
It’s a fact that Borussia Dortmund have the upper hand historically, but they’ve definitely struggled in their games against Stuttgart from the last few years. The Reds won the last four H2Hs, which include the spectacular 5-1 win in September.
Both squads have players who can shine in such a key clash, but we should certainly target Serhou Guirassy. The striker spent the previous two seasons at Stuttgart, scoring 40 goals in 52 Bundesliga games. He has been with Dortmund since the start of this campaign and scored the only goal for the team in the 5-1 loss. Since Nuri Sahin left the team, Guirassy scored at least once in every game. He will surely want to show his best against his former team.
Borussia Dortmund: Kobel, Bensebaini, Anton, Can, Ryerson, Gross, Gittens, Brandt, Sabitzer, Adeyemi, Guirassy.
Stuttgart: Nubel, Stergiou, Hendriks, Chabot, Mittelstadt, Fuhrich, Karazor, Stiller, Leweling, Demirovic, Woltemade.
