Juventus and Pafos have never played each other before

The Turin club has frequently changed coaches in recent times. While Allegri was dismissed after winning the Italian Cup, despite being third in the table, Tiago Motta was publicly recognized as a failure.

Tudor fulfilled his task in spring, finishing fourth in Serie A, but was then sacked after a winless streak. Even Spalletti has already encountered setbacks in his new role! In Cyprus, the young project became champions for the first time in the spring and is clearly trying to retain the top position.

In the Champions League, Vlahović helped his team snatch a draw at home against Borussia. But then the Italians themselves dropped two points, finishing only 2-2 away to Villarreal. After a 0-1 defeat to Real Madrid, the coach was changed again, but Luciano also started with just a 1-1 draw against Sporting Lisbon. Only Bodø/Glimt were beaten in the last round, 3-2.

Carcedo’s team is playing in this European competition for the first time. They started back in the summer, passing through Maccabi Tel Aviv, Dynamo Kyiv, and Crvena Zvezda in qualification. In the main round, the newcomer lost only to Bayern, albeit 1-5. They have a win against Villarreal, and drew with Olympiacos, Kairat, and Monaco.
