44% of Arsenal’s matches end with goals from both teams

The top London club has finished second in the Premier League three times in a row. But now they are seriously focused on claiming the long-awaited title. Moreover, their success isn’t limited to the league: they’ve already reached the League Cup semifinals after knocking out Crystal Palace on penalties, and in the Champions League, they’ve enjoyed nothing but victories. However, the main priority remains the domestic championship, where, due to the loss to Aston Villa, their advantage has significantly decreased. After that, though, including games against Brighton, they’ve only managed to win.

The Birmingham side, after a successful Champions League debut (they lost in the spring playoffs to the eventual winners, PSG), conceded fifth place in the league to Newcastle. The new season started sluggishly, with an early League Cup exit and a winless streak in the opening rounds. But now the team has already settled all questions in the Europa League, boasting five wins, and in the Premier League they are hot on Arsenal’s heels—whom they beat at the start of the month! They also defeated both Manchester United and Chelsea.

The league leaders are averaging 1.83 goals scored per game, conceding much less—just 0.61. Tielemans and company, with an average of 1.61 goals scored, concede 1.06 per match.
