Sunderland have lost just one of their last fourteen matches

The Liverpool club performed decently last season under Dyche. However, the new investors who arrived during the campaign decided to bring Moyes back, with whom they finished thirteenth in the spring. Now, they occasionally manage to climb into the race for European spots, but then slip-ups force them to drop back down the table. Fortunately, they managed to beat Brentford. Afterwards, there was only a 1-1 draw with Wolverhampton, the league’s main outsider.

This season’s visitors, in Le Bris’s first year in England, managed to get promoted from the Championship—thanks to a playoff win. At a higher level, they are consistently picking up points and are contenders for a European place. In January, they already drew with City and Tottenham. However, they unexpectedly lost 0-3 to Brentford!

At the start of the season, the hosts played in the League Cup. After comfortably beating Mansfield, they somehow lost to Wolverhampton. Le Bris’s side didn’t even get past Huddersfield there: after a 1-1 draw, they lost on penalties.
