Roma have lost three of their last six games

Last season, the Turin side failed to impress, collecting 44 points and finishing eleventh only by additional indicators. This season started tough, but a series of winter victories sharply improved their standing. After losses to Udinese and Atalanta, they managed a sensational 3-2 win in the cup precisely against Roma.

Last season, Roma lost the battle for fourth place in Serie A to Juventus by just one point. Gasperini took over in the summer, but results have been inconsistent so far. The Italians are performing well in the Europa League, already securing twelve points. However, in the league, despite many wins, there have also been plenty of losses, especially lately. For example, after convincingly handling Lecce and Sassuolo, they were knocked out of the cup this week.

Baroni’s team averages 1.05 goals scored per game but concede nearly one and a half times more, at 1.60 goals per match. The capital club, currently in search of a new striker, scores only 1.2 goals on average but concedes just 0.6.
