Arsenal have posted a perfect record

Milan ended 2025 without a single trophy—under Inzaghi, then under Chivu, losing both at the Club World Cup and the recent Super Cup. However, they are now competing for the lead in Serie A. The English side finished second three times in a row, first behind Manchester City, then last season losing out to Liverpool. But this time, they’ve broken away and are now the sole leaders of the Premier League.

In the Champions League, the Italians started well with four wins. However, they benefited from a favorable draw, overcoming Ajax, Slavia, Union, and Kairat. But they lost to their last, higher-class opponents—1-2 away to Atletico and 0-1 at home to Liverpool, though not without controversy.

Arteta’s team has shown excellent stats here—even better than in the Premier League. They haven’t dropped a single point, winning all six matches, including a 3-1 win over the previously unbeaten Bayern. Incidentally, the only team to score against them in the Champions League was the Germans.

Inter have lost twice in a row in the Champions League after four straight wins
The club scores two goals per game, conceding 0.67 on average
Arsenal have posted a perfect record
The team scores an average of 2.83 per game and concedes just 0.17 per match in the tournament.

Inter (probable lineup): Sommer – Bastoni, Akanji, Bisseck – Dimarco, Zielinski, Calhanoglu, Barella, Luis Enrique – M. Thuram, Martinez

Arsenal (probable lineup): Raya – Hincapie, Gabriel, Saliba, Timber – Merino, Zubimendi, Odegaard – Trossard, Gyokeres, Saka.

In 2003, the clubs exchanged away clean-sheet victories. And in November of the year before last, the Italians won 1-0 at home.
