Did you know that eating kiwi improves humor?

A powerful humor amplifier can be in your fruit bowl.

In a recent study, scientists from New Zealand examined how kiwi could affect our mood, Newsweek reports.

Just four days after eating two kiwis a day, participants began to notice improvements in humor and self-confidence, culminating after two weeks.

“ It is good for people to know that small changes in their diet, such as adding kiwi, can affect how they feel every day”, one of the scientists said.

It is believed that these mood changes may be partly due to the high content of vitamin C in fruit.

Previous studies have shown that vitamin C intake is related to improving humor, vitality and well-being, while vitamin C deficiency is associated with higher levels of depression and cognitive impairment.
