When is the best time to drink coffee?

If you are a coffee fan, here’s when it’s the best time to drink.

Many people start the day with a cup of coffee and that right after the sound of the alarm.

But how healthy this speaks the eclipses of different dietitians.

“People around the world enjoy their ” morning coffee, says registered dietitian Anthony DiMarino, RD, LD. “ It’s a habit and you can feel anxious if something breaks your morning ritual.”

However, some experts think it is good to wait until noon to consume the first cup of coffee.

Well, dietitian DiMario says there is not necessarily an ideal time to consume coffee.

Drinking coffee in the morning

A cup of coffee contains approximately 100 milligrams of caffeine, this amount varies depending on the type of coffee sludge and how you prepare it.

“ Because caffeine is a stimulant, drinking coffee like the first thing in the morning helps you wake up”, says DiMarino.

Drinking coffee early in the morning can accelerate cortisol production, and some people can feel anxious and nervous.

The internal response that some people give to caffeine since the morning is different, adds DiMario, because high levels of cortisol caused by caffeine can lead to inflammation that causes cell damage.

“When your cortisol levels stay elevated, you are at an increased risk of weight gain, diabetes, heart problems and other health concerns”, he adds.

Drinking coffee at night

Drinking coffee late at night may not be wise unless you are working on late tours.

“Cafeina has two to 10 hours of life, depending on your metabolism”, says DiMarino.

In other words, it can only take two hours or up to 10 hours for your body to eliminate half of the caffeine from a cup of coffee.

For some certain people a cup of coffee late at night is not a problem, but for a certain number of other people it can cause insomnia, and all this depends on how your body processes caffeine.

So when is the best time to drink a cup of coffee?

There is no scientific evidence that supports “ the best time” to drink coffee, but according to experts if you want to reap the benefits of drinking coffee it should be drunk from 09:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

And at the time of the afternoon around 14:00, when you feel plogging and less productive and sleep you don’t have it as an option, you can get a cup of coffee.

While it is worth noting that coffee does not help lose weight. Regardless of what you may have seen in TikTok or elsewhere on social media, coffee does not have the magical properties of burning calories or fat, and much less if you add lemon to your coffee.

However, The American Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommends that no more than 400 milligrams of caffeine per day be used for adults and less than 200 milligrams of caffeine per day during pregnancy. This includes caffeine you get in chocolate, tea, sparkling drinks, energetic drinks and other products.
